These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Rivelia Paris by customers in the United Kingdom.

2. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including their main characteristics, colours, sizes, materials and available variants.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen settings.

Product measurements and sizing information should be reviewed before placing an order. Where a product follows a smaller or different sizing standard, this is indicated in the relevant size guide.

3. Prices

When browsing the UK market, prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£), unless clearly stated otherwise.

The total price payable, including any delivery charges and taxes collected at checkout, is displayed before the customer confirms payment.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

4. UK taxes and importation

Some products are dispatched directly from our fulfilment partners outside the United Kingdom.

Taxes are handled in accordance with applicable UK law.

Where UK VAT is required to be collected at the point of sale, it will be dealt with through the applicable checkout and tax arrangements.

For consignments where import VAT, customs duty or other import charges are legally payable on import and have not been collected at checkout, the recipient may be required to pay those charges before delivery.

The treatment of taxes and duties can depend on the value and nature of the consignment.

5. Orders

Customers must ensure that their contact, billing and delivery information is accurate before placing an order.

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully authorised and an order confirmation has been issued.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, for example in the event of:

  • payment failure;

  • suspected fraud;

  • an obvious pricing or technical error;

  • the product becoming unavailable;

  • or an inability to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments or other authorised payment service providers made available at checkout.

We do not store complete bank card numbers on our own servers.

7. Delivery

Orders to eligible UK addresses are fulfilled according to our Shipping Policy.

Our current estimated total delivery time is normally:

Order processing: 1–3 business days

Estimated transit time: 5–7 business days

Estimated total: 6–10 business days from order confirmation

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

International transport, customs procedures, carrier disruption, peak periods and exceptional events may occasionally cause delays.

8. Order tracking

Where tracking is available, customers receive tracking information by email after their order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel enters the carrier's network.

9. Cancellation and change-of-mind rights

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer's statutory rights.

Customers purchasing online in the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to cancel their purchase without giving a reason.

For eligible goods, customers may notify us that they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods.

After notifying us, the customer normally has a further 14 days to return the goods.

In addition to these statutory rights, Rivelia Paris offers eligible customers a commercial return period of up to 30 days from delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or different from the item ordered, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Statutory consumer rights are not limited by our commercial return policy.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a refund, repair, replacement or another legally required solution.

11. Intellectual property

The Rivelia Paris name, website content, photographs, graphics, text, logos, design elements and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior authorisation.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where permitted by applicable law.

Customers remain responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

13. Governing law

DINECONNECT is established in France and these Terms are governed by French law.

However, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under UK law.

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding an order or our service, please contact:

contact@riveliaparis.fr

We will review the matter and aim to reach an appropriate resolution.
